In this role you will handle sales inquiries, manage on-road operations, review systems for improvements, and coordinate events to engage customers. Previous experience is desirable, but training is available for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all sales inquiries, via both inbound phone calls and warm outbound leads.
• Take messages for overflow calls taken for other departments.
• Daily management of on-road operations and on-road problem-solving.
• Review and recommend improvements to current systems and processes.
• Account management of current commercial customers.
• Outbound communication to existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and promotions to engage with potential customers.
