Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-focused environment where communication and resilience are essential.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations.
• A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to understand individual circumstances and identify positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Contact and relocate customers to establish communication, investigate outstanding balances and understand their circumstances
• Negotiate sustainable repayment arrangements that align with customer needs and business objectives
• Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and empathetic conversations
• Analyze account information to identify the most appropriate resolution strategy
• Contribute to team performance by achieving targets and delivering positive customer outcomes
