ARMA, part of the Credit Clear Group, is seeking a full-time in-office insurance claims specialist based in Sydney. You will manage general insurance claims (primarily motor), assess liability, and recover funds from at-fault parties as part of a fast-paced, customer-first team.

This role involves high-volume calls, negotiation to reach outcomes, and ensuring compliance with industry guidelines while supporting customers facing financial hardship.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-office call centre role where you’ll manage general insurance claims (primarily motor), assess liability, and recover funds from at-fault parties. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, negotiate outcomes, and help resolve disputes — all in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
