ARMA Group in Australia is seeking motivated Collections Officers to join a high-energy team. You will help customers find solutions, negotiate outcomes, and build valuable communication and negotiation skills.

No collections experience? Training, support, and opportunities to progress are provided. Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents, and a National Police Check will be required.

• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
