Qualifications

• Full and valid Australian driver’s license

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rentals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles per company standards
• Inspect vehicles for damages from previous rentals

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do

• Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
• Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals
