Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Sydney Airport is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) to greet customers at the rental counter, process bookings and respond to inquiries. This entry-level role provides full training and operates on a 38-hour weekly schedule.

You will interact with customers with confidence, learn ABG's services, and contribute to a fast-paced, service-oriented team focused on guest satisfaction and smooth rental experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• A full and valid Australian driver's license.
• Availability to work a rotating roster (weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
