Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at Western Sydney Airport, NSW for a casual customer-facing role. You will greet customers at the rental counter, process bookings, and assist with inquiries while maintaining vehicle presentation.

Qualifications

• Full and valid Australian driver's license is required.
• Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face at the rental counter.
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles according to standards.
• Inspect vehicles for damages from previous rentals.

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do

• Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand

• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings

• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards

• Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals

What We’re Looking For:

• A full and valid Australian driver’s licence
