Avis Budget Group at Western Sydney Airport is seeking an enthusiastic team member to greet customers, handle bookings, and support every rental interaction. You will be the face of the brand at the counter, helping travellers with contracts, inquiries, and vehicle preparation.

Qualifications

• Full and valid Australian driver\'s licence.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand.
• Complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
• Clean the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards.
• Inspect vehicles for damages from previous rentals.

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You'll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you'll do

• Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
• Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals

What We're Looking For

• A full and valid Australian driver's licence
