Avis Budget Group is seeking a Rental Sales Agent at Western Sydney Airport in NSW. This casual role involves greeting customers, handling rental bookings, and answering inquiries on site.

You will also perform vehicle cleaning and inspections, contributing to a smooth and welcoming customer experience. The position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with training provided and a path for growth within the global Avis Budget Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster (weekends, evenings, and public holidays).
• Ability to use computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face to face at the rental counter.
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Respond to general customer inquiries.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles according to company standards.
• Inspect vehicles for damages from previous rentals.
