Avis Budget Group at Western Sydney Airport, NSW is hiring a Casual Rental Sales Agent. You’ll interact with customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and respond to general inquiries.

A full Australian driver’s licence and weekend/evening/public holiday availability are required; full training is provided, with a global brand and clear growth potential. Join a fast-paced team delivering excellent service while learning ABG procedures and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian driver’s licence is required.
• Available to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus.

• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.

About the Role

Rental Sales Agent at Avis Budget Group (AUS & NZ). You’ll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you’ll do

• Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
• Review in detail ABG's various add ons and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
• Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Answering customer questions and inquiries

What We’re Looking For

• A full and valid Australian driver's licence
• Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
