Avis Budget Group on the Sunshine Coast Airport is seeking an entry-level Rental Operations Agent. You will greet customers, handle rental bookings, contracts and inquiries while maintaining vehicle presentation and safety standards.

The role offers a casual, 3-4 day per week schedule with full training, 34.96 AUD per hour plus loadings and bonus potential. A supportive team culture and staff discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales.
• Full and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.

Responsabilités

• Interact with customers face to face at the rental counter and promote the Avis Budget Group brand.
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Clean and prepare vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards.
• Inspect vehicles for damages from previous rentals and report findings.
