Job summary

Avis Budget Group Mount Isa Airport is looking for a friendly, customer-focused team member to represent the brand at the rental counter. You’ll handle bookings, contracts, and inquiries, while ensuring vehicles are clean and inspection-ready.

This role puts you at the heart of travel in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop in a global hospitality and transportation network. You’ll need a valid Australian driver’s licence, a flexible roster, and comfort with booking systems to

Qualifications

• Must have a full and valid Australian driver's licence.
• Able to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales is a plus.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers face to face and promote the Avis Budget Group brand.
• Complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles per standards.
• Inspect vehicles for damages from previous rentals.

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You'll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

What you'll do

• Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
• Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
• Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals

About the Candidate
