Avis Budget Group is seeking an energetic team member to be the face of our brand at the Townsville Airport rental counter. You will handle bookings, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service in a casual, rotating roster role.

You will interact with customers, explain rental procedures, and leverage our systems to manage bookings, with full training provided. This entry-level opportunity offers career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full and valid Australian driver's licence.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

About the Role

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You'll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

• Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
• Review in detail ABG's various add on's and services as to determine what may best suit the customer
• Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
• Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
• Answering customer questions and inquiries

What We’re Looking For
