Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking an Administrator in Toowoomba for a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday. You will build strong customer relationships, process transactions, and support inventory and order management using MS Dynamics and AX.

Qualifications

• Proven administrative work history with strong customer service.
• Efficient data entry and high attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office, ERP and AX Business Systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customer accounts, delivering exceptional service.
• Process credit returns, COD transactions, and customer credits accurately.
• Maintain cash sales records and manage non-trade POs.
• Coordinate and manage parts backorders and communicate resolutions.
• Support inventory and parts tracking through internal systems (Dynamics, PCC).
• Monitor orders and stock levels to ensure accurate records.
