Job summary

Remote Career is seeking a meticulous data entry person to set up and onboard key customers with access to our online portal. If you are customer-focused, with a passion for data and a keen eye for detail, this role is for you.

Your day-to-day includes monitoring email inboxes for new access requests, assisting with backlog requests, entering customer data into our system, and verifying records while responding to enquiries from customer service. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work unsupervised.
• Enthusiasm to learn new systems/technology applications.
• Previous experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce would be highly regarded, although training will be provided.
