Job summary

Pathify is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to provide high‑quality technical support for the Pathify platform from Australia (remote). You will join the US support team with potential UK expansion, and help with go-live adoption, integration, and onboarding.

As a founding APAC CSE, you will troubleshoot complex issues, support SAML SSO configurations, and collaborate with Sales on scoping implementations. The role requires comfort with Zoom/onsite meetings and cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-tier technical support, application support, implementation consulting, or a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency reading/writing/debugging JavaScript or scripting languages to troubleshoot.
• Strong background with JSON, XML, and CSV file manipulation and validation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve complex application, integration, and data issues escalated beyond Tier 2.
• Own troubleshooting of SAML SSO configurations and API-driven integrations for live customers.
• Read and interpret JavaScript, scripting languages, and system logs to pinpoint root causes of platform issues.
• Diagnose authentication flows, API calls, and system interoperability challenges; mentor colleagues.
• Manage and validate complex file provisioning workflows (CSV, JSON, XML) and secure SFTP transfers.
• Provide first-line technical coverage during Australian and New Zealand business hours; regional escalation point.
• Participate in global rotation providing engineering-level response for critical customer issues.
• Serve as implementation lead for new institutions in-territory; lead functional adoption consulting.
• Provide technical sales support for key opportunities with regional Account Executives.
