Symbos is seeking a Customer Lead Specialist in Melbourne to engage Nissan enquirers online and via social channels. You will assess interest, qualify prospects, and pass qualified leads to Nissan dealers with clear, actionable information.

In this role you’ll follow Nissan scripts, maintain accurate records, and deliver a smooth handover to the dealer network. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced outsourcing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, telesales or similar.
• Comfort following a script and asking concise, relevant questions.
• Experience using CRM or lead-management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualifier: Contact prospective Nissan customers via web, social or digital channels.
• Customer Connector: Conduct short, structured conversations to understand needs and intent.
• Dealer Handover: Pass genuine opportunities to Nissan dealers with clear information.
• Accurate Recorder: Record interactions and outcomes in the lead-recording tool.
