Job summary

Veritas is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join a leading luxury automotive brand in Melbourne. You will become a product expert across an exciting vehicle range and engage with customers to identify needs and guide them through the buying journey.

In this role, you will generate and qualify high-quality leads, follow up with customers and dealers, and deliver consistently premium experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or similar customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not essential.
• Experience in premium or luxury environment highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert across the vehicle range and explain features clearly.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and buying journey.
• Generate and qualify high-quality leads for the dealer network.
• Follow up with customers and dealers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver premium experiences.
• Identify opportunities to progress customers through the sales journey.
• Capture customer information accurately in internal systems.
• Share customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
