Job summary

E-Max Australia, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking a Customer & Installation Coordinator to be the central contact for Air-Weigh customers. The role combines sales administration, scheduling and after-sales support to ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to installation.

You will liaise with customers, installers and internal teams, manage enquiries, quotations and orders, and help drive service quality across the installation journey.

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer & Installation Coordinator to become the central point of contact for our Air-Weigh customers

This is a varied role where you'll manage customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, installation bookings and after-sales support, ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to installation.

You'll work closely with customers, installers and internal teams, keeping jobs on track and providing outstanding service at every stage of the process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to customer enquiries and providing product information
• Preparing quotations and processing sales orders
• Coordinating installation bookings with customers and installation partners
• Providing customers with updates throughout the sales and installation process
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation and tracking information
• Managing invoicing and associated administration tasks
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders
• Supporting after-sales enquiries and customer requests
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
