Job summary

E-Max Australia, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking a Customer & Installation Coordinator to be the central contact for Air-Weigh customers. The role combines sales administration, scheduling and after-sales support to ensure a seamless experience from enquiry to installation.

You will liaise with customers, installers and internal teams, manage enquiries, quotations and orders, and help drive service quality across the installation journey.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
• Coordinate installation bookings with customers and partners.
• Provide customers with updates throughout the sales and installation process.
• Maintain records, documentation and tracking information.
• Manage invoicing and related administration tasks.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
• Support after-sales enquiries and customer requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
