Nuage Technology Group is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Sydney team in a hybrid role. You will work directly with clients to scope problems, design integrations and lead end-to-end implementation, delivering rapid, real-world solutions.

You will bring strong software engineering and ML/AI product experience, excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders, and willingness to travel for client engagements across Sydney and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in software/solutions/product engineering in customer-facing roles.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents or ML-based products.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Sydney and interstate.
• Experience with APIs, SQL and cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

• Scope problems with customers and turn requirements into working software.
• Design, build and deploy integrations, data pipelines and custom solutions.
• Lead technical onboarding and end-to-end implementation.
• Troubleshoot issues in live customer environments.
• Present solutions and trade-offs to engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn field insights into roadmap priorities.
• Build reusable tooling to speed up future deployments.
