Job summary

Nuix is seeking an IT Support Engineer for our Sydney office to provide end-user IT support, including AI enablement and system maintenance. You will diagnose and resolve incidents, assist with setup and deployment of desktops, and share knowledge to improve user experience.

You will work onsite 4–5 days per week, with travel as required, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold security and service standards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field or relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS.
• Experience with AI tools like Claude or Microsoft Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely IT support to end users and resolve incidents.
• Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and peripherals.
• Set up desktops, laptops and software for end users.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate incident records in the ITSM system.
• Educate end users on IT best practices.
