Job summary

Nuix seeks a Principal AI Enablement Builder to join our Sydney team. You will design, build and deploy production‑grade AI solutions that transform internal workflows, working directly with business functions to translate ambiguous problems into structured, scalable outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in software or applied AI, strong business process understanding, and experience delivering end‑to‑end AI pipelines in an enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Production‑level AI systems experience in enterprise environments.
• Fluency with LLMs, prompt engineering and retrieval techniques.
• Ability to translate vague problems into production ready specifications.
• At least five years in software engineering or applied AI, with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Embed in function rotations to diagnose AI opportunities and craft production solutions.
• Design, build and deploy end‑to‑end AI workflows and agentic systems in Nuix environments.
• Own delivery lifecycle from scoping to production deployment and monitoring.
• Maintain POC discipline with time‑boxed validations against real data.
• Share reusable patterns and contribute to Nuix AI knowledge base and roadmap.
• Communicate progress to functional leaders and participate in reviews.
