Job summary

Crocs is hiring a Sales Associate in Brisbane to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and world-class service. You will educate customers on products, support promotions, and help the team meet store goals. The role offers growth in a fast-paced retail environment with rotating shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, strong English, and basic computer skills. The position involves POS use, stock handling, and a friendly, energetic attitude that welcomes customers daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs’ service model.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures; assist with inventory control.
• Lead by example and collaborate with store management to improve KPIs.
• Support daily store operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness.
• Learn and assist in departments: consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and share ideas and concerns.
