Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Adelaide is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver world class service in our store. You will educate customers about Crocs products, support promotions, and help the store team meet goals while growing your retail skills.

You will operate the POS, manage stock and pricing, support loyalty programs, keep the store clean, and assist in other departments when needed. The role rewards initiative, teamwork and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Senior Secondary School certificate preferred.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible for rotational shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency and POS experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs CHARM model.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control and compliance procedures.
• Lead by example and collaborate with store management to improve KPIs.
• Support daily retail operations: POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, cleanliness.
• Learn and assist in departments: consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room.
• Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing ideas and concerns.

Overview

As a Sales Associate you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and provide world class service to our valued consumers every day. What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
• Leads by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older
• Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
• The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of but not limited to those that an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily
• Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily
