Job summary

Crocs is seeking a Store Sales Associate (Casual) for the Melbourne Central location. The role requires strong customer focus, English fluency, and flexibility for rotational shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Knowledge of basic computer skills and POS operation is desirable to assist in fast-paced retail environments. Preferred candidates will have high school certification and 1–2 years retail experience, with an emphasis on reliability and the ability to lift merchandise

Qualifications

• Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.
• The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of but not limited to those that an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily.
• Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily.
