Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in retail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs service model.
• Assist in inventory control, pricing and promotions.
• Support store team in daily operations and POS management.
• Learn in-store departments and maintain stockroom and presentation.
• Collaborate with management to drive sales and KPIs.
