Job summary

Chandler Personnel in Coburg North is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join a busy, well-established team. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role blends customer service, administration and order management with warehouse coordination.

You'll work closely with Territory Managers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries. You will manage orders from receipt to dispatch, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or administration
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
