Job summary

Randstad in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a short-term contract running October through November. Ideal candidates come from hospitality or retail backgrounds and can transition face-to-face communication into a corporate call centre environment.

You will handle inquiries, update records, and work full-time or casual shifts, with on-the-job training and support. No call centre experience required, and you must have Australian working rights and a National Police

Qualifications

• Previous retail or hospitality background (baristas, floor staff, retail assistants, waitstaff, receptionists, etc.). No prior call centre experience required!
• Clear, confident verbal communication and strong active listening skills.
• Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple software screens, and typing while talking.
• Full availability to commit to the 1-month contract.

Position Overview

• Role: Contact Centre Customer Service Representative
• Contract Duration: 1 Month (October - November)
• Location: Melbourne CBD (easily accessible via public transport)
• Hours: Full-Time / Casual shifts available (Monday - Friday)
