Sonoma Baking Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Sydney to sit at the heart of our Customer Service team. You’ll work closely with sales, production and customers to ensure orders are processed smoothly and issues are resolved with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or administration; FMCG or manufacturing experience is a bonus.
• Confident using ERP systems and basic data entry or record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Manage order processing, delivery updates, invoicing and credits.
• Keep customer records, pricing and trading terms accurate and up to date.
• Support new account setups alongside the sales team.
• Run daily reporting and cross-functional checks with logistics and QA.
