Specialised Linen Services is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our fast-growing Australian team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, manage enquiries, coordinate service requests, and support account administration while collaborating with Commercial, Operations and Production teams.

Reporting to cross-functional teams, you’ll build strong customer relationships, ensure data accuracy across systems, and drive timely, compliant service from inquiry to resolution in a busy

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, service coordination or call centre role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP or similar is highly regarded).

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service by managing customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound customer communications, including orders, appointments and service updates.
• Assist with customer account administration, ensuring accurate data entry and record maintenance across multiple systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve enquiries efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensure all activities are completed in line with company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
