Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Customer Service role on a 12-month contract. You will support customers with sales, product advice and service solutions, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery.

This position is initially a 12 month contract role, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, offering a practical path for those focused on customer outcomes within a leading safety solutions business.

Responsabilidades

• Support with client sales and showroom retail activities.
• Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email.
• Support with ordering to ensure delivery timelines are adhered to including any overdue deliveries.
• Interact with relevant internal departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Undertake ad-hoc sales duties as requested.
