Job summary

O’Brien®’s Epping Service Centre is seeking an experienced Face to Face Customer Service, Sales & Administration professional who can deliver exceptional service to automotive glass customers. The role is part-time with a Tuesday to Saturday roster, 25 hours per week, including some Saturdays with potential overtime.

You will be the first contact for customers, greeting them on arrival, handling calls and emails, and supporting daily operations while educating customers on our full range of

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably face-to-face.
• Able to sell vehicle accessory products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional face-to-face customer service.
• Sell Vehicle Accessory Products.
• Greet customers and visitors with a positive attitude.
• Manage phone, email and in-person enquiries.
• Support the Service Centre Manager with daily operations.
• Update customers on repair lead times.
• Conduct basic repair inspections on vehicles.
• Educate customers on services offered.
• Schedule repair bookings and manage workflow.
• Issue invoices and raise job authorities.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up.
