O’Brien Glass is seeking a Customer Experience Leader to support the Service Centre Manager at the Berrimah Automotive Glass Service Centre. You will lead customer service delivery, sell vehicle accessories, and help drive a first‑class customer experience for our local customers.

• Oversee customer service delivery at the Service Centre.
• Sell vehicle accessories and drive related sales opportunities.
• Support the Service Centre Manager with daily operations.
• Ensure clear communication with customers regarding lead times and job progress.
• Raise job authorities and manage invoicing in the Service Centre system.
