Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a short-term project based in Brisbane. You will handle inbound/outbound calls or online inquiries, delivering quality service and resolving routine issues after a short training.

Qualifications

• You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers.
• No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must!
• Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
• Confident and capable in using computers and systems
• Passionate about customer service and an excellent communicator
• Pass a police check and other pre-employment checks

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.
• Provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
