Job summary

Australian Motoring Services Pty is a Melbourne-based company seeking a delivery-focused leader to drive customer experience and growth projects. You will spearhead initiatives across Customer, Operations, Sales and Technology to enhance roadside assistance and create seamless services for customers.

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate complex challenges into actionable plans and maintain momentum from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business priorities.
• Experience across operations, service, contact centre or customer-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer operation and roadside experience initiatives from definition through to implementation and closure.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve services, processes and customer journeys
• Turn ambiguity into clear plans, milestones and measurable outcomes
• Facilitate collaboration, remove roadblocks and keep delivery on track
• Partner with leaders to embed lasting change and improvements
