Qualifikationen

• Proven success as a Customer Service Manager in automotive or RV dealership industries.
• Strong customer-first mindset with proven leadership and staff development ability.
• Solid financial acumen with track record of meeting goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Diploma or certificate in business, frontline management, or tourism.
• Valid open driver’s licence.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
