Waverley Council is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join the Customer Service team on a temporary part-time basis. The role provides high-quality administrative support and serves as the first point of contact for enquiries related to Council services via face-to-face, call centre and online channels.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and strong administrative and technology

• Strong commitment to delivering quality customer experience.

• Proven ability to input and retrieve information across multiple systems.
