Qualifications

• Certificate III in Office / Business Administration or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in customer service delivery in a high-volume environment.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Well-developed computer literacy and ability to complete accurate data entry.
• High level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks with competing deadlines.
• High level flexibility, adaptability, and versatility to handle multiple diverse tasks across Omni-Channels.

Responsibilities

• Being the vital link between our organisation and our valued customers, ensuring effective communication and support.
• Executing customer service tasks in alignment with established procedures to optimise the operation of the Customer Experience Centre.
• Staying current with Council's services, products, and activities, to provide accurate and valuable information to customers.
• Demonstrating an understanding and grasp of Council's policies, procedures, and codes to maintain compliance and uphold high standards.
• Proactively identifying and addressing customer dissatisfaction, promptly escalating issues using established customer experience protocols.
• Cultivating strong customer relationships through engaging with customers through multiple communication channels.
