Job summary

Capital SMART is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the Airport West team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing up-to-date information about repairs and ensuring customers have confidence that their vehicle is in capable hands.

The role is permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm. You will work in a modern, well-equipped workshop with access to national training programs and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment.
• Ability to provide a caring and professional service during customer interactions.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly.
• Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment.
• Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interaction
• Managing the customer return to collect vehicle once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns.
