Job summary

Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food – Airport West VIC is hiring a Customer Service Officer. You will be the first point of contact for customers, sharing up-to-date information about repairs and ensuring confidence that their car is in capable hands.

This permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 8.00am–4.30pm, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Join an industry leader and grow with the SMART team.

• Experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone.
• Organised with exceptional time management.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Airport West.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.

Permanent position, Monday to Friday. No weekends! 8.00am-4.30pm. Work with an industry leader.

Role responsibilities
