Dan Murphy's Ballarat is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead a high-energy team and create tailored in-store experiences that energize customers and community engagement. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and delivering exceptional service within a dynamic retail environment.

You will drive a culture of inclusivity, develop talent, and align merchandising with local community needs while contributing to store performance and brand standards throughout Endeavour Group.
