Job summary

Game Over North Lakes is seeking Attractions Team Members and Cashier/Reception Staff to welcome guests and support front-of-house duties across go-karting, bowling, mini golf and arcade experiences.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or entertainment experience, a positive attitude, strong communication, neat presentation and RSA. Availability to work evenings, weekends and school holidays is preferred; training and growth opportunities are offered in a busy family entertainment centre.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events or customer service is preferred.
• Positive attitude, reliability and enthusiasm are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain high service standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Neat and professional personal presentation is expected.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays is preferred.
• RSA certification is required.

Attractions Team Members & Cashier/Reception Staff

About the Venue

Game Over North Lakes is a 3,500 sqm indoor family entertainment centre featuring:

• Indoor go-karting for all ages, including junior and two-seater karts

• Ten-pin bowling

• Mini golf

• Arcade games

• Batting cage

• Café and food and beverage facilities

Since opening, Game Over North Lakes has quickly become a popular destination for families, parties, groups and corporate events. We are now expanding our team to support the venue’s continued growth and deliver exceptional experiences to every guest.

Available Roles

About You
