Job summary

JD Propagation is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Freight Coordinator to support our team. This hands-on role combines customer service, freight coordination, sales support and administration to ensure outstanding service while managing bookings, orders and invoicing.

You will book freight, liaise with transport providers, process orders and invoices, and contribute to a helpful team environment with a focus on accurate records and smooth fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, freight, logistics, or administration preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to problem-solve and identify the best freight solutions.
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• High attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and invoices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales experience would be highly regarded.
• Friendly and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate freight deliveries and collections.
• Determine the most efficient and cost-effective freight methods for customer orders.
• Liaise with freight companies and transport providers.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Sell excess stock.
• Process customer sales and orders.
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Track freight consignments and resolve delivery issues when required.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
