We're Looking For

A marketing professional with a few years of experience who is ready to take ownership of a centre marketing program, deliver memorable customer experiences and bring fresh ideas to a thriving retail destination.

What You’ll Do

• Join our Retail Marketing team in a permanent full time position based at Stockland Merrylands, supporting the delivery of local and national marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute campaigns, events, social media content, EDMs and community engagement programs that drive visitation, customer engagement and retailer success.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, community groups, suppliers and local organisations to create authentic connections and experiences that resonate with customers.
• Manage campaign budgets, contribute insights and reporting, and use customer data to help inform marketing decisions and improve outcomes.
• Play a key role in enhancing the centre experience, ensuring the centre remains relevant, vibrant and connected to the local community while supporting Stockland's vision of creating better places.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Experience in a marketing role, ideally within retail, shopping centres, property, hospitality or a customer facing environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering campaigns, events, social media and digital communications.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across retailers, suppliers and community partners.
• Ability to analyse customer insights and data to inform marketing activities and enhance the customer experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
