Stockland Merrylands is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our Retail Marketing team. You will shape the customer experience, develop campaigns, events, social content and community programs to drive visitation and retailer success.

You will work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment, building relationships with retailers and community partners while turning insights into action and contributing to the centre’s growth and relevance in the local market.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing role within retail/shopping centres or customer‑facing environments.
• Demonstrated experience delivering campaigns, events, social media and digital communications.
• Strong stakeholder management with retailers, suppliers and community partners.
• Ability to analyse customer insights and data to inform marketing activities.
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Join the Retail Marketing team in a permanent full‑time position at Stockland Merrylands, delivering local and national marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute campaigns, events, social content, EDMs and community engagement programs to drive visitation and retailer success.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, community groups, suppliers and local organisations to create authentic connections and experiences.
• Manage campaign budgets, contribute insights and reporting, and use customer data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Enhance the centre experience and keep the centre vibrant and connected to the local community in line with Stockland's vision.
