Talent Web Recruitment – Sydney Western Suburbs NSW is seeking a Marketing Executive for a Western Sydney shopping centre on an initial two-month temporary assignment. You will own day-to-day marketing delivery, partnering with the Centre Manager and collaborating with retailers, suppliers and community partners to deliver seasonal campaigns and events.

You will coordinate campaigns, grow customer engagement, manage social media and emails, track budgets and provide reporting.

Talent Web Recruitment – Sydney Western Suburbs NSW

Love seeing your marketing come to life through busy events, engaged customers and thriving retailers?

We're partnering with an established property group to recruit a Marketing Executive for a shopping centre in Western Sydney. With Christmas approaching, this is an opportunity to step into a busy centre environment and help deliver seasonal campaigns, events and customer experiences.

You'll work closely with the Centre Manager and receive support from a Senior Marketing Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day marketing delivery and building relationships with retailers, suppliers and community partners.

This is an initial two-month temporary assignment, with any extension subject to business needs. We're keen to hear from candidates available to start immediately or at short notice.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and deliver Christmas campaigns, events and centre activations.
• Execute activity across social media, EDMs and other customer communications.
• Engage retailers to encourage participation in campaigns and promotional opportunities.
• Coordinate suppliers and event logistics to ensure activity runs smoothly.
• Build connections with local organisations and community partners.
• Track campaign activity, manage relevant budgets and provide reporting.
• Work with the centre team to drive visitation, customer engagement and retailer success.

About you

You're a practical, organised marketer who enjoys being close to the action. You're comfortable juggling deadlines, building relationships and taking a campaign from plan to delivery.

You’ll bring:

• A few years' experience in marketing, ideally within shopping centres, retail or hospitality.
• Hands-on experience delivering campaigns, events or customer activations.
• Confidence managing social media content and email communications.
• Strong stakeholder skills and experience coordinating suppliers.
• The ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and get up to speed quickly.

Previous shopping centre marketing experience will be highly regarded.
