Stockland in Hervy Bay is seeking a Seasonal, Casual Customer Care Officer to support our centre team through to January 2027. You will be the friendly face at the Customer Care Desk, assisting with enquiries, promotions and feedback to create a welcoming environment.

Availability on weekends, public holidays and extended trading hours is required. Join a lively retail community and gain valuable customer service experience.

What You'll Do

You’ll be the friendly face of our centre, supporting the Customer Care Desk, answering enquiries, assisting with promotions, gathering customer feedback and helping create a welcoming centre environment. You’ll work closely with centre teams, retailers and contractors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
