Job summary

Stockland in Hervey Bay is seeking a friendly Seasonal, Casual Customer Care Officer to support our centre team during the busy festive period. The role offers up to 25 hours per week and runs through January 2027.

You will answer enquiries, assist with promotions, gather feedback and help create a welcoming centre environment, working closely with retailers and contractors to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality or reception experience.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Good organisational and administration skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
