Job summary

Stockland Merrylands is seeking a dedicated Marketing Executive to lead local and national campaigns, events and community programs that drive visitation and retailer success. Based at Merrylands, you will shape customer experiences and build connections with retailers, customers and the local community.

You will own centre marketing, deliver memorable experiences, analyse insights and report outcomes to inform decisions that keep the centre vibrant and relevant in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, ideally retail, shopping centres, property or customer-facing roles.
• Proven in delivering campaigns, events, social media and digital communications.
• Able to analyse customer insights to inform marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Join Retail Marketing team in Merrylands on a permanent full-time basis.
• Develop and execute campaigns, events, social media content and community programs.
• Build relationships with retailers, community groups and local organisations.
• Manage budgets, provide insights and reporting, use data to inform decisions.
• Enhance the centre experience and keep the centre vibrant and connected to the community.
